Bleach has always been the go-to product we’ve recommended to combat mold. While bleach does kill mold, it usually returns particularly when the conditions are right (high humidity, low ventilation). The advent of Concrobium changes all that.

Concrobium works by crushing the moldsas it dries. This includes crushing the mold spores at its roots. It leaves an invisible antimicrobial barrier to prevent future mold growth (you may have to reapply Concrobium if you wash the area frequently).

The best part is that Concrobium eliminates and prevents mold without using bleach, ammonia, or VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

We have Concrobium in a convenient quart spray bottle and in a gallon bottle.

For the past few years, the City of Seattle has been subsidizing the price of certain compact fluorrescents (CFLs)and, more recently, LED light bulbs. However, as of January 1, 2015, there will be some changes. The city is cutting the CFL subsidy altogether while favoring the use of LEDs through their subsidy program.

What this means to consumers is that 2015 will see a rise in the price of both CFLs and LEDs. Stock up before this happens!

The Community Employment Alliance (CEA), a non-profit organization committed to helping people with disabilities find employment, awarded us their 2014 Outstanding Employer Award (Small Private Employer). The CEA recognized our efforts and the adjustments we had to make to have a disabled staff member employed for the past 18 years!

While we were surprised with the award, we feel it is a recognition of our staff members, our customers, our community, and the extraordinary efforts all of us have undertaken to treat this particular staff member with kindness and understanding while making him feel that he is an essential part of Pacific Supply crew and a contributing member to society.
